IBERIA PARISH — A crash Wednesday evening took place shortly after 6 p.m. on La. Hwy. 14 west of U.S. 90. The three-vehicle crash took the lives of an uncle and nephew from Abbeville.
According to Vermilion Parish Sheriff Mike Couvillon at approximately 4:38 p.m. Yesterday afternoon deputies responded to a single vehicle crash on Reginald Road that claimed the life of a Pearl River man.
On Nov. 24, 2015, Abbeville Police Department was notified by an individual who was the victim of a scam.

On November 17, another special meeting was held at the Vermilion Council on Aging due to the resignation of Kirk Frith from the board of directors, and the termination of term limits of Dr. Powlin Manuel and Ms. Diane Ardeneaux.
